Returns
How do I return an item? To initiate a return or exchange for multiple orders, please contact a JollyFir representative at info@jollyfir.com.
Tree Storage & Assembly
How do I store my tree? JollyFir trees should be stored in a specialized tree storage bag, preferably in their original packaging. Keep your tree in a cool, dry place, as moisture can negatively affect its condition.
How do I assemble and shape my tree? You'll find detailed instructions in the manual that comes with your tree, as well as in our tutorial videos.
How do I disassemble my tree? When taking your tree apart, be extra careful when removing the sections. Make sure all light strands are unplugged. We recommend two people remove the sections, one on each side of the tree. After disassembling, shape the tree by fluffing it back up (to roughly the same shape it was when it was shipped) and place it in its proper storage location.

What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
Refunds & Returns
Where will my refund be applied and how long will it take? Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.
What is your return/exchange policy? JollyFir collection items (exceptions may apply**) are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of the order delivery date. No returns or exchanges are accepted after December 20. Any returns or exchanges initiated before this date must be shipped by December 20 of the current year to be eligible for a return/exchange. While JollyFir offers free shipping on all items (some exceptions may apply), returns are subject to a fee. The fee is determined on a per-item basis. No shipping fees will be charged when exchanging an order for a greater or equal value. All returns/exchanges MUST be authorized by us to be accepted back into our facilities. *Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the item is not in its original JollyFir packaging. **Any items with open packaging are considered a final sale and are not returnable. ***We do not accept returns on trees 15ft and larger.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Payments, Pricing, & Sales
How do your coupons work and do you offer price matching? Price Matching: JollyFir does not offer price matching. Coupons: Only one coupon can be used per purchase. Please note that loyalty points are processed like coupons and cannot be combined with other coupons at checkout.
Can your trees be used outdoors? Our trees are not designed for outdoor use.
What is a Power Pole? For trees without a power pole, the wires from each tree section must be connected to each other. With a power pole, these wires are already connected. It's a matter of convenience and does not change the quality of the tree.
What does "Quick Shape" mean? Quick shape is achieved when the branches have memory wire and require minimal effort to shape.
Shipping
Is free shipping offered on all JollyFir Christmas trees? Yes, we offer free shipping on all of our products. *Specialty items and larger trees may incur an extra shipping charge.
When will my order ship? Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 business hours of being placed. *Unless otherwise stated on the product page of our website.
Where do you ship to? We currently offer shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
What if I need to replace a broken part? Your tree may be covered under our two-year limited warranty. Contact our customer service team at info@jollyfir.com for further assistance.
Product Details
Where are your products made? Our products are manufactured in China.
What kind of lights do you use? Our lights are warm white LED bulbs with a 25,000-hour lifespan. If one bulb goes out, the rest will stay lit.
What material is the flocking on your trees made of, and is it safe for kids and pets? Our flocking is made from a cotton-based material.
What's the difference between the King, Queen, and Prince flocked trees? The King and Queen trees are a blend of PE and PVC, while the Prince tree is 100% PVC. Additionally, Queen tree tops have a wider diameter and are triple-tiered (their leaves extend out into three sections), while King trees have a single-tiered top.
What if I have issues with the lights on my Christmas tree? Contact our customer service team at info@jollyfir.com.
How do you measure the height and width of each tree? The height includes the stand and is measured from the floor to the tallest tip of the assembled tree. The width is measured from one end to the other at the widest point of the fully assembled tree (diameter).
Do the trees vary in width? JollyFir Christmas trees vary in width depending on the style. Each product page on our website lists the dimensions.
How far from the floor is the bottom branch? This depends on the tree's shape; the lowest branches will be approximately 9-14 inches off the floor.
Can the "Kings of Christmas Trees" hold heavy ornaments? Yes, all of our trees are reinforced with steel and come with a heavy ornament hanging capacity.
Are JollyFir Christmas trees fire-resistant? Yes, JollyFir treats all of its trees with a premium flame retardant.
How are the lights attached to a pre-lit tree? All of our lights are professionally hand-strung to minimize wire visibility.
